You mention a Sanyo 120Hz 3D projector in the opening of the article. There is no such thing. Unfortunately any mention of "120Hz" in the specifications cannot be assumed to mean "120Hz 3D". I maintain a list of 3D-Ready projectors here: http://www.3dmovielist.com/projectors.html

The problem with the resolution is due to the way the screen is connected to the video card. The laptop is running in bandwith limitations and so is limited to that tiny resolution. Its probably single link DVI.

New servers, new features

We have just completed the server switch and brought three new server to power Bright Side of News*. We will be introducing new features to the site over the course of next few days, so stay tuned.
