Poor implementation by: Radu M. Cosma on 10/29/2009
They should separate the fins through the middle so that the right side (liquid metal going down into the base) doesn't heat up from the left side (hot liquid metal traveling from the cooler base).

The fans are also mispositioned based on the design. The right side (cool side) doesn't need as much airflow as the left side (hot side), so some of it is wasted. It would be better if the whole fan assembly was rotated by 90 degrees, so that air is first pushed through the cold side, cooling liquid metal as much as possible before it enters the base, and pulled through the hot side. The other way around is obviously catastrophic...

P.S. Mr. George, the site clearly states that the electromagnetic pump has a power consumption of less than 1W.
