I have had Sprint for 13 years. You call support or chat with them, they are friendly and helpful. The Sprint store I go to is usually not that busy. I just got a Blackberry Tour and $99.99 monthly plan. They need to improve coverage in some areas but the cities want huge fees for cell tower placement. I checked with Verizon in my area, they have the same issues. Their Blackberry plan for much more than Sprint.
