Instead of taking all this time complaining about how microsoft doesn't have any good parental control on software and how you probably made the mistake and charge those fifty dollars yourself and use "the blame it on your kids technique" that a lot of parents use, you should spent some time with your kids and tell them whats wrong and right and stop blaming other people for your mistakes, i personally never seen any piece of hardware by any brand were parental controls work 100% or were easy to use, you just probably mad because microsoft did not whant to give you a full refund on your mistake.

Cowon D2+ still does me better than the HD, and without the shitty DRM and charges.
