Net Neutrality: How US laws want to make you guilty for others actions

Net Neutrality

Net Neutrality is defined as
Network neutrality (also net neutrality, Internet neutrality) is a principle proposed for user access networks participating in the Internet that advocates no restrictions on content, sites, or platforms, on the kinds of equipment that may be attached, and on the modes of communication allowed, as well as communication that is not unreasonably degraded by other traffic
Laws like the ones that RIAA and MPAA and now the people trying to say everyone is a pedophile have everything to do with it.
They are connected as once they are able to "show" how dangerous the internet is [look at all the people downloading that] they can put laws in place to restrict the traffic allowed and to allow ISPs and other agencies to inspect packets as they travel to look for illegal content.
This is how special interest groups work. After all some of the first laws for traffic restriction were part of the child protection act.
This is a way to get the laws in "under the table" so that people do not see them for what they are.
Title is misleading

This is about downloading child pornography and the lack of clear legal approaches.
Which has very little to do with your title "Net Neutrality"

Sean and I jokingly talked about that earlier today...
But if you knew his service record, you'd probably disagree.

Nice article, makes up for some of the other stuff you’ve written here. However, you do realize, your anti-government, anti legal justice system, unpatriotic rabble rousing could get you labeled a terrorist? lol

Excellent read. I'm not kidding when I say everyone that has a computer on the planet should read this.

Most politicians are only interested in getting reelected. They may have had aspirations of making a difference and doing good at one point in time but by the time they get to any place of real authority and power they have made too many promises to special interest groups and organizations to be of any real use.
It is a shame really, but as we move [rapidly] into a fully technology driven world our lawmakers are becoming less and less technologically competent and are at risk of the poison fed to them by people that claim they are.

I wish the world would take example of how Norway runs it's country.

Indeed. And this government stupidity influences the laws in Canada and many other countries, extending the pain and degrading society. It's sad that there is no IQ requirement to run for a spot in the government. I bet most politicians would be sub 100, or at least sub 110.
