XNA Game Studio has been enabled since launch day - thats not new.

Marketplace already has an apps tab - thats not new either. However all the apps are published by Microsoft.

XAN Game Studio doesn't support the 3d - even if thats been enabled... so really this isn't news at all eh?

i love my zune hd too. its so fun to use. and i hope they keep copying apple. more apps please!

Finally a story that excites me since firmware 4.3! I would love an app store for the zune HD and this decision by microsoft, i think, puts them that much forward to a successful device that can sell as much as itouch

I cannot beleive Microcrap!!!
Copying Apple's innovations once again. Can they not EVER come up with their OWN ideas? Apple was the FIRST company to provide itemized prices, tax breakdown, and total price on their cash register receipts. Does MS really think they're fooling anyone by following suit and doing the EXACT SAME THING? - and they even call it a RECEIPT. If they had some shame, they'd go with "invoice" or "price breakdown" or something like that.

MicroCopy, if I want a slip of paper that shows me all the information about my purchase, I'll get it from Apple, thank you very much!

From what I understand the next big update should include flash support (finally!) but there are still a few more things that the Zune HD needs to have to give it the large Edge it needs to oust the iPod Touch and iPhone.

Still in all the Zune HD is a fantastic player and one that will most certainly put a dent in Apple's holiday sales.

I'm loving my Zune HD. I don't mind waiting for apps and additional functionality (Youtube support please), it's almost like getting a new toy each time something new is released for the Zune HD.
