Why is all the writting on the name badges and signage showing up as a mirror image? I'm not sure that has anything to do with the observed effect, but it's a bit strange.

The way the technology works is by measuring light. Darker skinned people look different to light sensors. They will have to tune it to pick up darker skin tones but it's not racist.

And yes, I'm black - well closer to caramel.

I don't think he honestly belives HP did this because they're racist.
