I've been a big fan of Foxit for a while. One great feature was you could just run the executable on a PDF without needing to install first, so great if you need to distribute a PDF to clueless people.



But lately, it seems to be starting to bloat and feature creep a bit. The new toolbar (nagbar) is starting to get on my nerves, as are the constant pestering to "update" to versions with "pro features" etc. So maybe it's time to move to Ghostscript+GSview but that still has the rough-edged interface of a typical open source project.
