Thanks ;) by: Theo Valich on 4/4/2009
Thanks for the camo part, haven't notice... well, it wasn't the fastest reaction, but the article was edited.

When it comes to PhysX, camo appears on ATI when using DX10 codepath, and does not appear on ATI when using DX9 codepath.

Thus, you could have a dual-boot setup between WinXP and W7 (like me, for instance), and play two different games on the same system - one cloth, and one cloth-less...
Camo makes a cameo? by: General Lee D. Mented on 4/3/2009
Double check the words camo (short for camouflage) and cameo (a brief appearance by someone in a film, play, game, etc) when you get a chance.

Or did your autospellcheck just hiccup on this one? It's consistent 3x in the article text but "camo" isn't found once.

BTW are we sure this isn't a PhysX issue? If you check Anandtech's 275 vs 4890 review they do a lot of comparisons and it seems one of the most common things to do is insert little PhysX cloth bits in random places that are not in the non-PhysX version.
