SAS and SATA together does not always work well by: Michael A. McKenney on 5/29/2009
LSI Logic told me not to mix SATA and SAS on my 8708EM2 controller. They had firmware issues that caused huge problems. I am curious on why they don't have SAS SSD drives on the market.
