Verizon will not have the iPhone ANYTIME in the near future!! Read some of the articles between the CEO of Big Red and Steve Jobs. They hate each other!! It's also not my vault that your carrier (Verizon) turned down the iPhone to begin with!! Whoever made the decision should have been fired!!

foxconn can be liable for millions of dollars if apple decides to use a clause in their NDA. apple can claim the cost of marketing strategy and industrial espionage against foxconn.
