You Must Be Kidding by: Anonymous on 9/25/2009
Speaking of back to school, looks like someone forgot to do their research! As has been commented on before, there are so few gamers that actually run 30" displays or 3-way SLI configurations that it's sad that this is even mentioned.

Whoever wrote this article obviously missed the point of these glasses. The point is not to sit in your living room and look cool wearing glasses that look like Oakleys. If you want Oakleys, go buy Oakleys.

Idiot.

'After all, what 3-Way SLI or SLI gamer with 30" display would go down to a 22"?'

Right? Considering the sheer number of people running this configuration, it's obvious NVIDIA is simply not in tune with the market.

Not a shameless advertisement, or anything...
A $600 purchase is not "free" glasses. It's a bundle.
DLP by: Anonymous on 9/13/2009
I have these glasses and I paired them with a 50" DLP in my living room. I can play games like L4D at full 1080p and in 3D. More than once I've actually dodged a swing from a zombie that felt was going to clock me in the chin... The experience is nothing short of astonishing. Apparently Sony will be debuting some 3D-ready TV's in 2010 so expect possible add-ons for the PS3. 3d technology has serious potential in the near future.
