I've been using Microtouch touchscreens since 1986, demonstrating my software on them at Comdex 86 and at CES 87. The best thing to ever happen to Microtouch was its acquisition by 3M nearly a decade ago. I wish 3M the best with this display but I do wish that the resolution was 1920x1080 instead of just 1680x1050 because then it would match HDTV. I also hope that they offer a base on this new model that matches the versatility of the base on their M170.
