Sorry, the whole 3D thing, with the silly glasses just doesn't appeal to me at all. Yea I know, Avatar is now the highest grossing movie of all times. Contrary to popular opinion, I believe the CGI, and marketing is what drove the success of Avatar, rather than the 3D, which is just a gimmick “in my opinion.”

In the very near future we will have theaters and attractions capable of projecting 360-3D, which will put you physically inside the 3D experience.

I think Avatar didn't have out of screen effects for a reason - it's these effects that cause the most eye strain (and hence headaches).
