posting attempt no.2 by: Anonymous on 8/11/2010
Actually, a lot of things are off with this article. Beyond the strange, incomplete sentences, it never explains why this is called a "Voice Device". Why bother posting an item, if things aren't going to be clarified, completely, for the reader? Speaking to the larger question of why this item would be posted in the first place: BSN seems to be running out of news-worthy content; and ramping-up, on paid product placement.

First off, every beginning is hard. Melani is a new author and I have talked with her about the corrections made in the article.

We have added the new pricing range. However, I still do not understand how could one misunderstand how iLane works - the story directly mentions Bluetooth, because that is the way iLane connects to Blackberries, Bluetooth headphones etc.

umm what? by: Anonymous on 8/11/2010
So how does this thing go about doing the things you mention? Is it a remote screen for your blackberry? A remote keyboard? This reads like a poorly thought out advertisement.
pricing correction by: Anonymous on 8/11/2010
The price in this post is out of date....it was $599 when it launched in 2008 but now the price of the iLane 7100 is $399.........you can get the iLane 6100 for as low as $299 which is a steal..
