Massive oil fields in Arctic regions promise free flow of cheap oil for generations to come! Canadian Tar Sands need Nuclear reactors to speed up exploitation, keep Americans in V-8 gasoline guzzlers! We in America can revive the 1940's, 50's 60's by annexing Canada and stealing their oil, but then what? After a few decades of extravagance we would have nothing to show! We need a better "Master Plan" that arrives at a good conclusion! Rape and pillage didn't work out so well for us did it?
