Overall, we found this to be a very well built and reliable keyboard which has the frills that gamers prefer, such as the media control keys, backlighting controls, and programmable macro keys backed up by mostly intuitive software. The Cherry MX Brown switches provide a very pleasant experience for both typing and gaming.

The CM Storm Trigger is currently available on Amazon for $101.99 and provides a great alternative to other similar products on the market such as the Logitech G710+ or the Corsair K90 at a lower price. As one of the few high end gaming keyboards with MX Brown switch availability, the CM Storm Trigger provides a good balance of cost and utility.
