Bing Fund: Microsoft Prepares to Power the New Mobile World

In the dying hours of Friday, Microsoft launched a teaser page for the Bing Fund. While the company still hasn't announced what it plans to do with it, we believe that this week's announcements of Windows Phone 8 and Surface tablets featuring NVIDIA Tegra 3 and Intel Core i5 processors - speak for themselves.



Microsoft looks to be dead set about forming software and hardware ecosystem that has no space for devices that don't bring satisfactory user experience, and to us - Bing Fund is a way to create unique software, services and maybe even hardware devices that will fit the ecosystem.

Bing Fund just might be the right ticket Microsoft needs to stay of the bleeding edge of innovation. By creating a fund that probably targets app and service developers, as well as hardware innovators, Microsoft just may edge out its competitors in the form of Google, Apple and even Amazon.
