Kim Dotcom promises Revenge on Hollywood, MEGA's Return

A day after ACTA got beaten to its knees in the European Parliament, controversial entrepreneur Kim Dotcom posted a short tweet almost repeating the famous quote from the Terminator: I'll be back.

Kim Dotcom's Tweet

Couple of days ago, we posted a news story revealing his service Megabox, which threatens all the current players in the content distribution industry. The goal of this service will be to provide the vast majority of the content revenue directly to musicians, instead of having musicians receiving a small chunk of the overall revenue. While the story is not so simple (content distribution firms invest a lot in marketing, studios where songs are recorded have millions of dollars of equipment), the fact of the matter is that for example, disparity over two approaches is enormous.

Can Kim Dotcom create a service which will be undefeatable and single-handedly deal with piracy in a way Hollywood's lobbies MPAA and RIAA never dared to - remains to be seen.
