Razer's Blade Gaming Laptop Spotted at GeForce LAN 6

Today at NVIDIA's GeForce LAN 6 we saw Razer post a status about their Blade being at the LAN. Upon doing some searching around the lan we found the Razer Blade only two rows down from us. Interestingly enough we got a chance to chat with the guys from Razer and talk about the Blade itself that we saw in its current state.
They said that the current blade prototype you see here pictured in our photos is a very rough prototype that was stolen from the engineer's lab to bring to the event and is not a representation of final specs but just an idea of where they are trying to go with it. In the pictures above and below you can see the various aesthetic decisions that have been made. They stated that the current model that we held in hand was also heavier than what they expected to ship as an actual product. Considering the heft that this laptop had, I really hope they're right. They did state that nothing was final in the design of the laptop, but just looking at it I can really say that it is indeed a beautiful laptop. We just wish that there was some performance and quality to go along with that beauty.
We still believe that Razer should upgrade the specifications in a way that atleast makes it a considerable gaming laptop and not one that is solely relegated to MMO gaming. It would be a travesty to spend. $2500+ on laptop that can't play BF3 on visually appealing settings.
