We received an interesting video coming from Josh Smith, our former Lab Editor who currently serves as Vice President of Marketing at Fractal Design.
A recent review of the Define XL case made an assertion that the side-panels are the thickest in the industry, which is becoming a rarity these days. Given that words are words, and action is well... action - what did Josh Smith and Fractal Design North America actually do about the review? See the video below:
On a side note - Josh, if you ever decide to come after our comments, we would require something more effective than a 12-gauge Remington 870…
