CBS and Netflix have joined forces to provide streaming TV shows to subscribers. Netflix gets more content, CBS gets a new revenue source, and everyone is happy. That is everyone except competitors Hulu and Amazon.

Disney will be streaming on Netflix under a licensing deal between the two companies. As you can imagine, Warner Bros isn't in favor of the implications and fears content subscriptions might devalue retail movie sales.
