HTC Not The Target of Dutch Injunction Ruling, STMicro Violated Nokia Agreement

The injunction ruling that had been found in Dutch court against HTC for the One was not intended to punish HTC or stop their sales, it was to stop STMicro from violating their agreement with Nokia.
