During press day at Computex, nVidia held a press conference in which the company demonstrated Tegra 3 Silicon. Codenamed Kal-El, this quad-core + GeForce SoC is coming this winter.

During MWC 2011, NVIDIA announced the Tegra 3 SoC and disclosed a performance comparison with a Core 2 Duo CPU using CoreMark and it was those benchmark results that stirred quite a controversy.

Nvidia details the codenames for the various iterations of Tegra into the future. We learned that Tegra 3 or T30 comes under codename Kal-El, T40 is Wayne, T50 is Logan, while T60 or "Tegra 6" is Stark.
