The long running Class Action dispute between ATI Technologies Inc. and people who purchased allegeldy HDCP-ready graphics card is drawing to a close.

It seems that the relationship between Palit and AMD is below the freezing point. During my conversation with sources in Gainward and Palit, I could not stop having a deja vu from 2002 and the Gainward Radeon 9700Pro card.
